Privacy Policy
Effective 26 October 2026
Show Me the Rates is a currency converter made by Aori Creative. In short: the app does not collect personal data, has no account, and has no ads, analytics or tracking.
What stays on your phone
Your currency list, the last amount you typed, your card fee and language settings, and the latest exchange rates are stored only on your device so the app works offline. If you add the home-screen widget, it reads the same numbers from the app's storage on your device. Deleting the app deletes all of it. We never receive this information.
What the app downloads
To show rates, the app downloads public data directly from these services. The requests contain no personal information, but like any internet request they reveal your IP address and basic network details to that service, which handles them under its own privacy terms:
- ExchangeRate-API (open.er-api.com): daily exchange rates
- Frankfurter (api.frankfurter.dev): European Central Bank reference rates and 30-day history
- Bank for International Settlements (stats.bis.org): central bank policy rates
What we don't do
- No sign-up, account or login
- No collection of names, emails, contacts, location or device identifiers
- No analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs, and no selling or sharing of data
If you choose to share crash reports or usage data with Apple or Google through your phone's settings, they handle that under their own policies; we only ever see anonymous, aggregated reports they provide.
Children
The app collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Questions: info@aoricreative.com.
Show Me the Rates 是由 Aori Creative 製作的匯率換算 app。
App
如有疑問，請電郵至 info@aoricreative.com。
